Virginia Lois Lucas "Ginny"

1945-2018

Age 72, formerly of Hobart, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 at her home in Florida. She was born on May 19, 1945 to the late George A. and Lois C. (nee Henning) Wilson in Gary, Indiana. Ginny married the love of her life Joe W. Lucas on September 3, 1966. She retired from Century 21 in Hobart. Ginny will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She is survived by her son, Norman (Tracey) Wade; daughter, Michelle Renee (Dan) McGovern and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lois Wilson.

Funeral services for Ginny will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 10 am at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana 46342. Burial will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park in Hobart. Visitation for Ginny will be held Friday, March 30, 2018 from 2:00-8:00 pm also at Rees Funeral Home.
