Aaron Jessie "Shot Gunny" Elliott Shultz, age 21, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017. He was born on April 1, 1996 in Valparaiso, Indiana to his loving parents Charles "Eddie" and Robin Shultz. Aaron was an avid sports fan and especially loved basketball, football and was a diehard Cubs fan. He enjoyed listening to music and appreciated hotrods. He was a loveable person and he will always be remembered for his outgoing personality and sense of humor.
He is survived by his son, Layne Mileski; father, Charles (Kristine Cherne) Shultz; mother, Robin (Frank Gonzalez) Shultz; grandmother, Ruth Elliott; grandfather, Charles Shultz; aunt, Lisa Campbell; and many other loving family members and friends.
Aaron was preceded in death by his aunt Lori J. Campbell, his loving Papa, Robert Lavender, his Ama, Iris Stephens (Zelenka); his grandma, Beverly Shultz, and his grandfather Robert Elliott.

Aaron will be deeply missed by his family and many dear friends.
