Adam Lawrence Braun, age 43, of Lake Station left us unexpectedly on Monday January 11, 2021.  He was born February 12, 1977 in Valparaiso, Indiana to the late Michael L. and Debroah A. (Freels) Braun.  Adam worked for Arcelor/Mittal Steel Company in their Coke Plant. He loved working on his Blue 1971 Chevy Nova, spending time with his family and building things.

Adam is survived by his wife, Teresa of Lake Station; three sisters, Debbie Vivian, Sandra (Pat) Landry and Laura (Bob) Shepard; his mother-in-law, Cherie Janis; sister-in-law, Tara (Tony) Nowasadski; brother-in-law Kevin Krieg; many aunts and uncles;   and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Cathy Krieg.

Visitation will be held Monday January 18, 2021 from 2-7 pm at Rees Funeral Home 600 West Old Ridge Road Hobart, Indiana 46342. Funeral Services will follow.  ***Due to COVID-19 County Restrictions no more than 25 persons may enter the building at any one time. Facemasks are required and Social Distancing must be observed.***
