Adam Christopher McDowell
Hobart, Indiana
Age 34, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014. He was born on October 28, 1979 to Earl W. and Kimberly (nee Burnside) McDowell in Valparaiso, Indiana. Adam was a 1998 Chesterton High School graduate and was a card dealer at Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo.
Adam is survived by his parents; Earl W. and Kimberly McDowell of Hobart, two brothers; Steve McDowell of DeMotte and David McDowell of Hebron , grandmother; Alene Burnside and special friend; Nikki Anthony.
He was preceded in death by his sister Heather McDowell, grandparents; Earl W. McDowell Sr. , Ruebena McDowell and Warren Burnside.
In lieu of flowers, contributions for the Special Olympics would be appreciated.
Memorial visitation for Adam will be Friday, July 25, 2014 from 2-7 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. memorial service at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana, with Pastor Bob Burton officiating.
