Adam Michael Thomas Ortiz, age 25, of Marshfield, WI and formerly of Hobart passed away Sunday November 15, 2015. Adam will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Adam is survived by his mother Melody (Andrew) Proffer; his father Raymond Ortiz; one sister Brandi (Kyle) McGuire; one brother Raymond (Fiancee Amber) Ortiz and many other loving family members.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon Saturday November 21, 2015 at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel. Visitation will be from 10 am until noon on Saturday at the funeral home.
