ADRIANNA LYNN HERNANDEZ, infant, was born on July 17, 2013 at Porter Regional Hospital.
Adrianna is survived by her parents, Randi Bailey and Nathan Hernandez; sister, Arianna Marie Hernandez; maternal grandmother, Theresa Thomas; maternal grandfather, Robert Lay; paternal grandparents, Maria and Augustine Pacheco; maternal great grandmother, Patricia Bailey; maternal great grandfather, William Bailey; paternal great grandparents, Celia and Juan Ramirez; uncles, Joziah Hernandez and Cory McCarthy; aunts, Anna and Mona Thomas, Amanda and Marisa Hernandez; other loving family and dear friends.

A funeral service for Adrianna will be Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage. Visitation will be also be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
