Obituary
AGNES C. BRUNK, age 88, formerly of Hobart, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2010 at St. Anthony Hospice in Crown Point. Agnes was a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana and was a US Marine Corps Veteran serving during WW II. She was an avid reader and loved her cocker spaniels.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (John) Bednash of Valparaiso, son, Wayne (Marilyn) Brunk of Hebron, 3 grandchildren: Brandi (Dave) Hosler, Aubrey (Jim) Nelson and Melissa Koedyker, 2 great grandchildren: Landon & Lisabeth, sister, Tess Klestinez of Mesa, AZ and brother, Paul Martin of Texas. Her husband, Kenneth Brunk, preceded her in death.
There was no visitation and Mrs. Brunk was cremated. In her memory the family requests memorials be directed to St. Anthony Hospice in Crown Point. Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart was in charge of arrangements, 219-942-2109, or online www.ReesFuneralHomes.com.
