Agnes I. Martin (nee Bickett), age 80, of Lake Station, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018. She was born on October 12, 1937 in Waverly, KY to the late Lucian and Lucille Bickett. On July 30, 1955, she married her husband, Paschal Martin. In her free time, she loved gardening and also did professional landscaping. She was passionate about animal rights and insisted on helping anyone in need. Her generous spirit will be missed by those who knew and loved her.

Agnes is survived by her son, Kenneth (Kathy) Martin; granddaughter, Kara (Jarad) Good; 5 great grandchildren, Landan, Kaysen, Paityn, Emersyn and Sawyer; brother, Joe (Diane) Bickett; numerous loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paschal Martin; brothers, Charles "Bud" Bickett and Jimmy Bickett; sisters, Mae Dixon and Elizabeth Imogene Johns.

A funeral service for Agnes will take place Monday, August 27, 2018 at 11:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
