On Sunday, August 18, 2024 the lord took the most sweetest angel home with him.  Alex Leland Wilson-Sayre passed away in his sleep at age 5, leaving behind loving parents, Alex "Mitch" (Amber Nicole) Wilson-Sayre of Valparaiso, IN; Jessica Harris of Valparaiso, IN; loving sisters,  Alexis Nicole Wilson-Sayre of Valparaiso, IN and Hannah Ann Harris of Valparaiso, IN; two brothers, Troy Christopher and Mason Christopher  of Valparaiso, IN; grandparents, Bruce and Mari Wilson-Sayre of Lake Station, IN; Walter and Debra Chaja of Valparaiso, IN; aunts, Samantha Wilson-Sayre, and Ashley Chaja, uncle, Aaron Chaja, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Alex enriched every life he touched.  He had the biggest heart and shared that with everyone.  He loved Peppa Pig, Batman, and lots of food! He will be greatly missed by all.  Our angel will always be with us.

Cremation will take place with Rees Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Olson Chapel Portage (219) 762-3013.  There will be a Celebration of life at the New Hope Church of God, 712 North 450 W., Valparaiso, IN  46385 at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2024 with Rev. Jason Kegebein officiating.
