Andrew Saul DeJesus, age 42 a lifetime Lake Station resident passed away August 24, 2024.  He was born in Merrillville Indiana on June 7, 1982.  Andrew enjoyed baseball, basketball, and football and was a loyal Chicago White Sox fan.

He is survived by his parents, Carlos and Angelita DeJesus of Portage, IN; two daughters, Tatiana and Sophia DeJesus of Lake Station, IN; two brothers, Carlos A. DeJesus Jr. of Portage, IN; Xavier (Anna) DeJesus of DeMotte, IN; mother of his children, Tanya Flores of Lake Station, IN, seven nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Conrado and Paula DeJesus,  and maternal grandparents, Adolfo and Eva Sanchez Sr., cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation is Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage.   Funeral services are Friday, August 30, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage with Rev. Rafael Colón officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Portage
