ANGELA "ANGIE" DAWN FAST, age 44, born June 7, 1971, lost her battle with MS and passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Angie was a longtime resident of Portage, and graduated from Portage High School in 1989. She loved shopping, going to concerts, playing BINGO, and just spending time with her family and friends.

Angie is survived by her daughter, Helen Pointer of Hobart; son, Cameron Fast of Portage; father, Bill (Shelvy) Fast of Churubusco; mother, Juanita Shroll of Portage; brothers, Billy of Hobart, Steve (Julie) of Wonderlake, IL, Tim of Portage, Curtis of Crawfordsville; sister, Linda (Greg) Kolakoski of Summerfield, FL; good friend, Michelle (Robert) Nuce of Valparaiso; several friends and family members, including nieces, Josie, Lindsey, Megan, Heather, Amanda; and nephews, Gregory, John,Cody and Billy.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Edward Shroll; and special friend, Bethel Cornett.

In lieu of flowers, her wishes were that you make a donation to the Multiple Sclerosis Society in her memory.

Per her request, there was no funeral service.

A memorial service for Angie will be Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m. at the Hobart Eagles Lodge locate at Route 6 and Indiana Ave.
