Angelea L. Najar, age 56, of Valparaiso passed away Thursday August 8, 2013 at her home. Angelea was born May 9, 1957 in Valparaiso, IN to James and Phyllis (Adams) Sutton. She retired from G. W. Berkheimer Company. She was a member of the Portage First United Methodist Church, Shore View BPW (Business & Professional Women) and was very active with the Portage Junior Miss Scholarship Program, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandbabies.
Angelea is survived by two daughters Abigael (John) Swift of Portage and Andria (Jason) Hoying of Fishers, her mother Phyllis Sutton, two sisters Bonnie (Jim) Reeder of Chesterton and Charlene (Dan) Obradovich of Hebron, a brother Tony (Becky Weltzin) Sutton of Valparaiso, and her two grandchildren Audrey Lynn Swift and Briar "Bubba" Allen Swift.
She was preceded in death by her father James Sutton.
In accordance with Angelea's wishes a celebration of her life will be conducted from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday August 17, 2013 in the Sycamore Room of Woodland Park, 2100 Willowcreek Road Portage, Indiana 46368. Please wear bright colors when you attend.
