Ann M. Forehand, age 87 of Hobart passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013. She was born on May 4, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois to the late John and Jennie Rademaker. She was a longtime Hobart resident and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hobart. She also served as a St Mary Medical Center Auxiliary volunteer.

She is survived by 1 son, David W. (Terri) Forehand of Nashville, IN; 1 daughter, Nancy (Gus) Hart of Hobart, IN; and 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Francis E. Forehand, and 1 sister, Janet DeGroot.

Funeral services are Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 12 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road Hobart with Chaplain Jim Stoel officiating. Burial will follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville.
