Ann Arvesta House (nee Fantz)Pittsburg, IL
Age 86, passed away on July 21, 2014 in Pittsburg, IL surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 23, 1928 to the late Gerald and Bertha (nee Brosman) Fantz. On October 20, 1947 Ann married the love of her life Paul E. House. Ann will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Paul E House, son; Paul G. "Butch" (Amy LeJeune) House of Hebron, daughter; Brenda Garlich of Pittsburg, IL, sister; Mary Wilson of DeMotte, six grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and brother; Robert Fantz. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Cancer Society or St. Jude-Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, IN 46342 with Pastor Bob Burton officiating. Ann will be laid to rest at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Hobart. Visitation will take place on Saturday July 26, 2014 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana.
