Annie Horn, age 74 of Valparaiso/South Haven passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2013. She was born on July 3, 1939 in Louisville, KY to the late Harvey and Eunice Bowden. Annie was a longtime Valparaiso/South Haven resident. She worked as an Assistant Produce Manager at the Buy-Low Grocery Store in South Haven. She also worked at Mercy Hospital in Gary as a Nurse's Aid. Annie was a member of the South Haven Kingdom Hall.

She is survived by 2 sons, John F. (Terry Simmons) Horn of Valparaiso/South Haven, IN; Victor Horn of Valparaiso/South Haven, IN; 1 brother, Jeff (Roberta) Bowden of LaFayette, IN; 1 sister, Lora (Robert) Wilson of Monticello, IN.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Horn, 1 brother, Harvey Bowden, 2 sisters, Toni Scott, and Eunice Lewis.

Visitation is Friday, October 11, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage. Additional visitation is Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a 3 p.m. funeral service at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, Portage.
