Annie Lee Williams

Age 80 of Wheatfield passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 7, 1942, to the late Phillip and Minnie (Wilcox) Moretz in Boone North Carolina. She retired from Southern Device where she worked as a light switch maker. Annie enjoyed family gatherings and eating good food. She loved all animals and had a fantastic sense of humor. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

She is survived by her seven children, Rick Parker, Randy (Debra) Parker, Rodney Parker, William (Jennifer) Parker, Tony (Regina) Parker, Dee (Bruce) Parker and Melissa Webb; 19 grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren; sister, Betty Smith and many other loving family members and friends.

Annie was preceded in death by her first husband, William A. Parker, her second husband, Robert Williams; daughter, Shelia Blatz; her parents; one great granddaughter; brother, Eugene Moretz; sister, Virginia Renfro and daughter in law, Carol Parker.

A memorial service for Annie will be held Friday, June 16, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave. Portage 46368. A memorial visitation will be held Friday, June 16, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service also at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, Portage. (219) 942-2109.
