Annmarie Malis Cizmadja
Age 34, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 in Chicago, Illinois. She was born on November 25, 1979 to Marianne Malis and Anthony F. Cizmadja in Valparaiso, Indiana.
Annmarie is survived by her father, Anthony F. Cizmadja of Wheatfield, Indiana; brother, Jerald Malis Cizmadja of Chicago, Illinois and Anthony Cizmadja Jr. of Portage, Indiana; two aunts, Yvonne (Tony) Macchia and Adela Lucas; Uncle Walter D. (Debra) Malis; cousin, Lisa Lucas , many other loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Marianne Malis.
A visitation for Annmarie will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 2-3 pm at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana, with additional fellowship from 4-7 pm at Christian Assembly Church, 7498 Grand Blvd, Hobart, Indiana, with a 4 pm service. 219-942-2109 or online at www.reesfuneralhomes.com
