Antonio Diaz

Antonio Diaz, age 59, of Portage, Indiana passed away Monday December 15, 2025, at the Aperion Care Nursing Center in Gary. Antonio was born May 24, 1966, to Agapito and Elena (Montes) Diaz in Gary, Indiana. Antonio attended River Forest High School. Antonio will be missed by his loving family.

Antonio is survived by his loving mother, Elena Diaz of Portage; his brother, Raul (Amy) Diaz of Crown Point; his sister, Gladys (Joe Romero) Diaz of Puerto Rico; two nieces, Veronica and Dominique; two great nephews; one great niece; and many dear friends and other relatives.

Antonio was preceded in death by his father, Agapito Diaz.

Antonio will be cremated with no services at this time.
