Ashley Lanee Bitikofer

Age 34, of Portage, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023. She was born on July 9, 1988, to Ronald Eugene and Debra Lynn (nee Watkins) Bitikofer in Valparaiso, Indiana. Ashley worked for Indiana Sugar as a factory worker. She enjoyed dancing, Tik Tok, cats, and eating tacos, but most of all she loved her children and her dog Peanut. She will be dearly missed.

Ashley is survived by her two boys, Nykahlis and Jaccob Grove; mother, Debra Lynn Bitikofer; two sisters, Jennifer (Christopher) Hawkins and Brianna (Sean Cassidy) Bitikofer; maternal grandmother, Delia Irene Watkins; five nieces, Mckayla Timberman, Hannah Jamieson, Isabella Hawkins, Emmalynn Hawkins, Evie Hawkins; four nephews, Cameron, Izaiah, Aiden Hawkins and Micha Cassidy, and many other loving family members and friends.

Ashley was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Eugene Bitikofer; maternal grandfather, Edgar Watkins; aunt, Kathy Watkins; cousin's, Renee and Jaccob Chappell and  two uncles, Floyd Ray Watkins and Frank Edwim Bell..

A funeral service will be held Monday, June 19, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 5341 Central Ave. Portage, Indiana 46368 with family officiating.  Cremation was entrusted to Rees Funeral Home, 5341 Central Ave, Indiana 46368.
