Barbara June Terwilliger
(Nee Cromer)
Crown Point, Indiana, age 74, passed away Monday, December 26,2011 at Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL. She was born on March 26 1937 to the late Bashford and Geraldine Cromer in Ohio. Barbara was a registered nurse and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
Barbara is survived by her family; 4 sons; Mark (Kelly) Theil, of Montana, Brett (Patrica) Terwilliger, of Illinois, Sean (Shelly) Terwilliger of Crown Point, and Eric Terwilliger of Valparaiso, 3 daughters; Melanee (Bill) Newman, of Georgia, Robin (Tony) Laterzo of Miller and Angel (James) Tolliver of Valparaiso, 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters; Nancy Jones of Terre Haute, Carole Rodda of Rensselaer and special friend Hank Cabela and many nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband; John Raymond "Jack" Terwilliger.
Funeral services are Friday, December 30,2011 at 11:00 am with Father Charles Hensel officiating at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana. Cremation will follow. A visitation will be Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 2:00-8:00 pm also at Rees, Hobart Chapel.
