Barbara A. Willoughby

Age 62 of Portage passed away Monday, July 17,2023 at Saint Mary's in Hobart. She was born on September 26, 1960, in Pulaski CO., Kentucky to the late Brent and Agnes (nee Green) Mincey. Barbara dedicated her life to her family, she enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, and great grandchildren, sister, aunt, and friend.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Lonnie Willoughby Sr.; son, Nicholas Willoughby; two sisters, Juanita (Terry) Frizzell, Ruby Haris; two brothers, William Mincey and Roger (Brenda) Willoughby; sister-in-law and best friend, Linda Witczak; 13 grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla (Nate), Aaliyah (Kyle), Jayden, Kevin, Brent, Kara, Colton, Kennedy, Ryder, Cameron, Leah, and Nicholas Jr.; great granddaughter, Rosalynn; loving friends, Jen, Cheryl, Teresa, Rita, Barb "nan" and many nieces, nephews, sister in laws and other loving family members and friends, and her fur baby, Sheba.

Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Lonnie W. (Jessica) Willoughby Jr.; granddaughter, Katheryn; mother, Agnes Green; father, Brent Weddel Mincey; sister, Kathy Keller; three brothers, Brent Junior Mincey, Lee Roy Mincey, and Richard Mincey.
