Barry Allen Wydmon, age 56, of Lake Station passed away Saturday March 6, 2021 in his home with his family by his side.  Barry was born August 31, 1964 in Valparaiso, Indiana to the late Walter Lee and Shelby Jean (Armes) Wydmon.  He was a former employee of Solvay Chemical prior to becoming disabled.  He loved music and playing guitar. Barry was very family oriented.

Barry is survived by his loving daughter, Dawn (Alexander Rocha) Wydmon of Lake Station; a stepmother, Rosie Wydmon of Pell City, Alabama; three sisters, Pamela (Alan) Little of Lake Station, Elizabeth Janes of Portage, and Shelby Irons of Texas; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Brenda; his parents; and one brother, Walter L. Wydmon, Jr.

Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Wednesday March 10, 2021 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue Portage, Indiana 46368.  Funeral services will be 11:00 am Thursday March 11, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Portage, Indiana.
