Becknal F. Long "Becky", age 67, of Hobart, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020. She was born on October 29, 1952 in Hammond, Indiana to the late Clyde and Leahdell Beeson. On May 8, 1972 in Kankakee, Illinois, she married Charles F. Long, Jr., who preceded her in death. She dedicated her life to taking care of her family and will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to those she leaves behind. She enjoyed bunco, watching TV and trips to Wal-Mart. She had an affinity for pigs and acquired a pretty impressive collection over the years.

She is survived by her sons, William (Leah) Long, Charles (Deana) Long III; grandchildren, Mark (Lindsey) Long, Zachary (Rachel) Long, Charles Austin (Brandi) Long, Eric Long; brother, Roger Beeson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Long, Jr.; son, Samuel Long; sister, Bonnie Hendrix; 2 brothers, Jerry and William Beeson.

Per Becky's wishes, there will be no attended services. Burial of cremains will take place at Evergreen Memorial Park at a later date.
