BETTY J. (PURCELL) BALDRIDGE, age 57, of Lake Station, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart. Betty had been a lifelong Lake Station area resident. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and being with her grandchildren.
Betty is survived by 2 sons, Frankie Jay (Lisa) Purcell, J.T. Ray Purcell, all of Portage, 2 daughters, Renee (James) Vandiver of Lake Station and Tracy Purcell of Portage, 6 grandchildren: Jacob Hoover, Geena Darnell, Kayla Porras, Frankie Porras; Destiny & Cassie Vandiver, brother, Greg Davis of TN, 4 sisters, Charlotte Davis of TN, Reba Purcell of AL, Janice Davis and Anita Davis, both of TN and nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage, with Pastor Bob Burton officiating.
