Billy Thomas Pulley, age 73, of Portage, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021. He was born on April 24,1948 in Waverly, Tennessee. Billy was a dedicated father and grandfather, and devoted follower of Christ. He retired last year from Arcelor Mittal where he worked for many years.

Billy is survived by his daughters, Gloria (Douglas) Preece, Amy Pulley, Carrie Conners, Emily Pulley, Evon Pulley, Ina Pulley; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Charles Pulley, Donald Pulley; and sisters, Dixie Aydelotte, Mary Duncan.

He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Thomas Pulley, Jr.; his sister Virginia Hams; his brother, Arthur Pulley; and his parents, William Carroll Pulley and Ina Lee Pulley.
