BONNIE LEE JOHNSON, age 65, of Lake Station, went to be with her Lord, Sunday, October 13, 2013. Bonnie was a homemaker and member of Lakeview Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Wallace Johnson, 5 children: Lisa (Don) Duff of Portage, twin- sons: Matthew (Terri) Johnson of Portage and his twin-brother, Martin (Renee) Johnson of Lake Station, Lana (Scott) Harrison of Lake Station, and Wendy (Jason) Bradburn of Hobart, 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandsons, 2 brothers: Steve (Anne) Armes and Russell (Missy) Armes, both of Lake Station. She was preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Gustia Armes, brother, Lige Armes and 5 sisters: Faye Johnson, Sis Wydmon, Mona Thomas, Ella Paceley and Debbie Williams.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 11:00 am at Lakeview Baptist Church, 2321 Dombey Rd., Portage, with Rev. Ronnie Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Portage.
