Bonnie Jo Jordan (nee Adams), age 87 of LaPorte formerly a longtime Hobart resident passed away Friday, September 5, 2025.  She was born on August 12, 1938, in Gary, Indiana to the late Robert and Josephine Adams.  Bonnie was a member of Augustana Lutheran Church in Hobart.  Bonnie worked at Orthopedics of Indiana in Merrillville and as a homemaker. She enjoyed crafts and card and calendar making. Bonnie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and friend and she will be deeply missed.

She is survived by one son, Chris (Sherri) Jordan of LaPorte.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jordan.

Cremation will take place will take place with Rees Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Portage.  Private burial of cremains will take place at McCool Cemetery, Portage.
