Bonnie G. Mohr, age 70, of Lake Station, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017. She was born on March 30, 1947 in Ann Arbor, MI to the late John and Arlene Altherr. In her free time, Bonnie enjoyed writing poetry, drawing and going shopping. Above all, she loved her family and cherished the time she spent with her grandkids.

Bonnie is survived by her beloved husband of 22 years, Daniel Mohr; son, Thomas (Linda) Williams Brundage; daughters, Melissa Williams, Mindy Howard, Dianna L. (Melissa Healy) Williams; grandchildren, Shawna (Keith) Birnbaum, Katelynn Parkin, Tamara Alexander, Todd Altherr, Christopher (Janel) Williams, Hailey Howard, Mason Howard, Madison Howard, Danielle Williams, Brooke Healy, Madison Healy, Martina Healy; great grandchildren, Ethan Inocencio, Emma Alexander, Hunter Alexander, Riley "JoJo" Alexander, Sawyer Williams, Tyler Birnbaum, Alexander Birnbaum and Lucas Birnbaum; brother, Larry Altherr ; sisters, Diana Bowman and Jo (David) Whitfield; many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Arlene Altherr; brothers, James Altherr, Sr., Kenneth Altherr, John Altherr; and sister, Florence Altherr.

A funeral service for Bonnie will take place Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart.
