Bonnie S. Patillo

Bonnie S. Patillo (nee Savitz), age 74, of Portage passed away Monday, December 6, 2021. She was born in East Chicago, Indiana on March 24, 1947, to the late Robert Jack and Helen (nee Austin) Savitz. On December 10, 1966, Bonnie married the love of her life Michael Patillo. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of  55 yrs. Michael Patillo; two sons, Michael R. (Sherri J.) Patillo and Thomas L. (Tina M.) Patillo; seven grandchildren, Derrick (Andrea) Ott, Breanna (Jeff) Corle, Josh (Jessica) Koegler, Kyla Patillo, Samantha (Hamzah) Aldhaheri, Christopher (Brittany) Patillo and Robert (Heather) Probus; great grandchildren, Lily and Asher Ott, Maddex and Avah Corle, Cohan, Shaye and Kayne Koegler, Adam Aldhaheri, Derrick, Addison, Greg and Olivia Probus; brother, John (Ardell) Savitz and many other loving family members and friends

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Connell Savitz; and two sisters, Rhonda K. Nagy, and Jackie Szepanski.

Visitation will take place Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave. Portage, IN 46368.
