Bonnie H. Vann

Bonnie H. Vann, age 84, of Hebron passed away Saturday August 9, 2025. She was born August 19, 1940, in Gary, Indiana to the late John and Minnie (Krause) MacDonald. Bonnie was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  On August 23, 1958, she married Gerald T. Vann, Sr. who preceded her in death on February 27, 2019. She was a long time member of the Hebron TOPS Club; she enjoyed attending the Hebron Senior Center; and spending time shopping with her friends.

She is survived by her four children, Gerald (LaLonnie) Vann, Jr., Christopher (Dawn) Vann, Sharon (Brian) Billens, and Deborah (Tim) Stanfill; eight grandchildren, Jason Rayner, Michelle Bryner, Brandy Travis, Ashley Golladay, Courtney Stanfill, Jessica Stanfill, Jordan Vann, and Bryce Vann; and fourteen great grandchildren; a brother, John (Diane) MacDonald.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald Vann, Sr.; her parents; a granddaughter, Heather Rayner; a great grandson, Robert West; brother Archie MacDonald; and sister, Esther MacDonald.

Visitation for Bonnie will be held Wednesday August 13, 2025, from 4-7 pm at the Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road Hobart, Indiana 46342. Additional visitation will be on Thursday from 10 am until the time of service at 11 am. Her Funeral Service will be at 11 am Thursday at the Funeral Home. Her burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park in Hobart, Indiana.
