Brenda Gay Crump

Brenda Gay Crump, aged 66 of Lake Station passed away in her home on August 23, 2026. She was born June 8, 1960, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia to the late Robert E. and Nancy Carroll (Roach) Crump. Brenda was a retired senior purchasing clerk for Moody Bible Institute in Wheeling, Illinois. Brenda enjoyed tinkering with things to see how they worked and how they can be fixed. She loved working puzzles.

She is survived by two brothers, Chris (Jacqueline) Crump, and Leonard (Essence) Phillips both of Cleveland, Ohio; a sister, Robin Franklin of Zanesville, Ohio; and several dear friends and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister.

Brenda will be cremated and returned to her family in Ohio.
