Brian James Greenfield

Brian James Greenfield, age 56, of North Judson passed away Tuesday August 6, 2019 at the Symphony of Dyer Healthcare Center.  Brian was born November 18, 1962 in Evergreen Park, IL to William and Betty (Granberg) Greenfield.  He worked as a Cement Finisher prior to his retirement for medical reasons.  Brian enjoyed fishing on Bass Lake and meat raffles. He was a member of the NRA.

Brian is survived by his loving daughter, Kaitlin (Jose) Avila of Winfield/Crown Point; three adored grandchildren, Silas Boryla, Benjamin Avila and Abigail Avila; his mother, Betty Greenfield of Dyer; three brothers and two sisters, William (Nancy) Greenfield of Dyer, Debora (Tod) Oliver-Cooper of Dyer, Michael Greenfield of Hammond, Robert Greenfield of Dyer and Elizabeth (Jeff) Mickolayck of St. John; and many nieces and nephewsBrian was preceded in death by his father William Greenfield.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted 10:00 am Monday August 12, 2019 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 7667 E. 109 ^th Avenue Crown Point, Indiana 46307 with Rev. Frank D. Torres officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday August 11, 2019 at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel 10909 Randolph  Street Winfield, IN 46307
