Brian A. Zajac

Brian A. Zajac, age 60, of LaPorte, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023. He was born on January 23, 1963, in East Chicago, Indiana to Richard and Dolores (nee Zurawski) Zajac. Brian was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing and was a member of the Steel Headers Fishing Club along with his father. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed listening to classic rock.

He is survived by his mother, Dolores Zajac; brother, Kevin Zajac; sister, Pamela (Benjamin) Samano; nieces and nephews, Nathan and Anthony Samano, Casey Farnsworth, Alexis (Wyatt) Mount; many other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Zajac; and sister-in-law, Angie Zajac.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, November 6, 2023, at 11:00 am at Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church, 2949 Willowcreek, Portage with visitation there from 10:00 am until the time of service.
