Bruce M. Niloff

Bruce M. Niloff, age 72, of Portage, IN, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Bruce was born on July 23, 1950 in Gary, IN to the late Alexander and Albina (Nee Trembicki) Niloff.  He was a graduate of Portage High School and worked for many years as a Carpenter.  Bruce was an Army Veteran and served during the Vietnam War.

Bruce is survived by his children: Bruce "Eric" Niloff, Brad Niloff, and his Princess, Tisha (Jason) Ayala; seven grandchildren; siblings: Eugene (Marilyn) Niloff, JoAnn (Bob) McLaughlin, Linda (Larry) Belcher, Karen Niloff, Debbie (Lonnie) Briscoe, and Peggy (Don) Younglove; sister-in-law: Trish Niloff; and many nieces and nephews.

Bruce is preceded in death by his parents: Alexander and Albina, and his brother: Terry Niloff.

Family and friends may gather at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel (5341 Central Ave, Portage) on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 P.M.  A memorial service will take place immediately following visitation at 7:00 P.M.  Bruce will be laid to rest on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W. Hoff Rd., Elwood, IL 60421).
