Carla I. Mendoza-Martinez

CARLA I. MENDOZA-MARTINEZ, age 47, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Porter Regional Hospital. She was born on February 4, 1970 to Carlos and Isabel Mendoza. Carla was a member of Nativity of our Savior Catholic Church and extremely involved with her children's sports and activities at Nativity School. She was employed with MSI in quality assurance as an administrative manager. Carla will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Rene Martinez; 2 children, Anna Carolina Martinez and Sebastian Martinez.

A Memorial Mass for Carla will be Friday, May 19, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Nativity of Our Savior, 2949 Willowcreek Rd., Portage with Rev. Andrew J. Corona officiating.
