Carmen Sue Walker (nee Polk), age 55 of Hobart passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014. She was born on September 12, 1958 to the late John and Barbara Polk.
She is survived by two sons, Jason Walker of Hobart, IN; Shawn Walker of Hobart, IN; one brother, Daryl (Lucy) Polk of Fort Gibson, OK; three grandchildren, Molly Walker, Antonio Noel, Alexander Noel, and boyfriend, Daniel Wilson of Hobart, IN.
Funeral services are Monday, September 15, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart with Chaplain Craig Forwalter officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Portage. Visitation is Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart.
