Carolyn A. Gavras

Carolyn A. Gavras, age 82, of Hebron, passed away at home on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.  She was born in Illinois on April 17, 1936 to the late Charles and Ellen (nee Welch) Bode.  She enjoyed painting and arts and crafts.

Carolyn is survived by her sons, Stephen (Melissa) Gavras of Hebron, Andrew (Karen) Gavras of Oak Lawn; grandchildren, Ashley Rogers, Stephen (Savanah) Gavras II, Brandon Gavras, Jessica Gavras, Samantha Gavras; great granddaughter, Brooklyn Gavras; sisters, Betty (Ron) Patterson, Terry (Alvin) Klockenga; brother, Jim (Anna) Bode; and sister in law, Abby Bode.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen R. Gavras; sister, Margaret Payne; and brother, Chuck Bode.

A funeral service for Carolyn will take place Monday, October 15, 2018 at 10:00 am with Rev. Thomas E.
