Catherine A. Brewster

Catherine Brewster, age 65, of Portage passed away Sunday November 26, 2017 in her home.  She was born January 9, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Paul and Vivian (Crawford) Wolinski. Catherine was a homemaker, grandmother, mother and wife.  She became a professional grandmother once her grandchildren started coming along.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ed; her three children, Caitlyn (Jason) Ableidinger, Ryan (Kelley) Brewster and Kevin Brewster all of Portage; eleven grandchildren, Alyssa Unger, Mara Burge, Timothy Brewster, Kayla Unger, Jackson Burge, Mason Ableidinger, Ryleigh Unger, Mickey Winicky, Owen Winicky, Casey Winicky and Grayson Brewster; one brother David Wolinski of Chicago, IL and one sister Robin Cappello of Racine, WI.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Barbara Kassman.

Visitation will be Wednesday November 29, 2017 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue Portage, Indiana 46368.  Private Family Services will follow.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
