Cathleen M. Reese (Nee Brown)

Cathleen M. Reese, age 65, of Lake Station passed away Wednesday February 22, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Cathleen was born October 12, 1951 in Gary, Indiana to the late Adam J. and Shirley (Brickley) Brown. She was a loving wife, amazing mother, doting grandmother and homemaker. She enjoyed crafting and crocheting.

Cathleen is survived by her loving husband, Larry Reese; two sons, Doug Reese and Christopher (Brittni MacKenzie) Reese both of Portage; two daughters, Leslie (Richard) Graeber of Portage, Karen Reese of Lake Station; Four grandchildren, Logan, Bryce, Karleigh and Aubree; one brother, Stephen (Donna) Brown of Martinsville; one sister, Cynthia Keever of Lake Station; one sister-in-law, Shirleen Brown of Highland; many nieces, nephews, beloved family and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her twin daughters Cynthia and Christina Reese; her parents; and one brother Lawrence Brown.

Memorial services for Cathleen will be conducted at 6:00 pm Sunday February 26, 2017 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue Portage, IN 46368. Memorial visitation for Cathleen will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday at the Funeral Home. Cathleen's cremated remains will be buried in Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
