Charles Raymond Boillot, age 78, of Crown Point passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021. He was born on September 22, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Raymond and Nora Catherine Boillot. On January 24, 1970 he married Sylvia Sanchez in San Antonio, Texas. Charles was a dedicated member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He retired form NIPSCO where he worked as a financial analyst. After retirement, he spent a lot of his time fishing and handling crazy grandkids.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Sylvia Boillot; sons, Michael Boillot, Kenneth (Marcy) Boillot and Christopher Boillot; grandchildren, Brianna, Skylar, Samuel, Nora, Natalie and Aidan Boillot.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Nora Boillot. Memorial contributions in Charles' name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1551 East 85 ^th Ave. Merrillville, IN 46410.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 24, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel, 10909 Randolph Winfield/ Crown Point, IN 46307. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, January 25, 2021 at 10:00 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7667 East 109 ^th Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307 with Rev. Thomas Mischler officiating.
