Chester J. Krawczyk

CHESTER KRAWCZYK, age 81, of Valparaiso, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 at Valparaiso Porter Hospital. Chester was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of Hobart High School. He proudly served his country in the US Army. Chester was an accomplished ballroom dancer who competed and taught with the Arthur Murray School of Dance. He enjoyed fishing and being with family. Chester was a good man and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his 2 sons, Joseph (Pat) Krawczyk and Robert Krawczyk, all of Valparaiso; 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; 1 brother and 2 sisters.

Chester was preceded in death by his wife, Alice and his parents.

Funeral Services for Chester will be Friday, March 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart. Cremation will follow the service.
