Christopher P.L. "Chris" Kinman, age 45, of Lake Station and formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

Chris was born on November 17, 1976 in Chicago, IL to the late Thomas and Rosalie Kinman.  He was a graduate of Kelly High School, Class of 1995.  Chris met the love of his life, Amy, in high school.  In 1997 they began to date and married on October 5, 1999.  He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed wrestling and was a life-long Chicago Cubs fan.  Chris was a loving husband, father of four, brother, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Chris is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Amy; children: April, Christopher, and Mason; siblings: Victoria Figueroa, Tom (Kim) Kinman, and Valerie Kinman; parents-in-law: Vernon and Carol Evans; siblings-in-law: Angie Hillman, Crystal (Kevin) Fuller, Elvis Pressley, Leroy Evans, Johnny Pressley, and Sharon Pressley; many nieces and nephews; and beloved pets: Rocky, Biscuit, Cooper, and Lilo.

Chris is preceded in death by his daughter, Adalyne and his parents, Thomas and Rosalie.

Family and friends may gather at Jubilee Worship Center (415 N Hobart Rd, Hobart) on Friday, April 1, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. A funeral service will take place following visitation at 2:00 P.M.  Cremation will follow services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Kinman Family.
