Christopher Michael Recupido-Bosnak, age 35, of Crown Point, passed away Monday, April 11, 2016. He was born on September 2, 1980 in Escondido, California. Chris proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He was currently working in IT Sales at Modis Corporation in Chicago. Chris was an avid Chicago sports enthusiast with a special place in his heart for the White Sox. He was a talented musician and in his free time, he enjoyed playing bass and lead guitar with different bands.

Chris is survived by his parents, Barbara and Robin Bosnak; brother, Nicholas Anthony Bosnak; sister Victoria Lauren Bosnak; maternal grandparents, Albin and Zita Wozbut; and several other loving family members.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Eli and Mary Bosnak.

Visitation for Chris will be held Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel, 10909 Randolph Crown Point/ Winfield, 46307. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, April 18, 2016 at 10:00 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7667 East 109th Ave. Crown Point, IN 46307 with Rev. Thomas E. Mischler officiating.
