Cindi Anne Kietzman, age 49, of Lake Station passed away Tuesday June 13, 2017 at the VNA Hospice Center in Valparaiso, Indiana. Cindi was born August 22, 1967 in Gary, Indiana to the late Donald and Eugenia (Meso) Kirkbride. She was a medical biller who worked for Fagan Pharmacies. She was a life-long area resident and member of St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church in the Miller section of Gary. Cindi loved her laptop and staying in touch with her friends on facebook, she also enjoyed supporting the Gary RailCats.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Kietzman of Lake Station; her brother David (Sharon) Kirkbride of Florida; her stepbrother David Fancher of Georgia, two step-sisters Donna Pickett of Indiana and Paula (James) Anderson of Mississippi; several nieces and nephews; and her fur baby Rascal.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her stepmother Marjorie Kirkbride.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Thursday June 22, 2017 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church 6060 Miller Avenue, Gary, IN 46403 with Rev. Thomas E. Mischler officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:000 am Thursday at St. Mary of the Lake Church.
