Clara M. Croft

Clara M. Croft, age 87 a longtime Portage resident passed away Monday, April 15, 2019.  She was born on October 24, 1931 in Evansville, Indiana.  Clara retired from Sears.  She was a member of Southlake Church of the Nazarene.  Clara enjoyed cross stitching and reading.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Croft of Portage, IN; one son, Ron (Sheila) Croft of Hobart, IN; one daughter, Sherry (Rick) Hines of Hobart, IN; nine grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet (Bert) Panchaud.

Memorial services for Clara will be Friday, April 19, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage.  A memorial visitation is Friday just prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m at the funeral home.  (219) 762-3013.
