CLARA L. GOFF NEW CHICAGO, IN Clara L. Goff, age 91, of New Chicago passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward G.; two sons: Edward A. and John M.; grandson, John; parents: John and Minnie Devers. Clara owned Clara Goff Realty in Hobart. Clara was Past President of the Hobart Women's Democratic Club. Clara was especially proud to be the first female Vice President of the Lake County Democratic Organization. She is survived by three grandsons and four step grandchildren. A funeral service for Clara will be held on Friday, July 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home Brady Chapel, 3781 Central Avenue, Lake Station, IN with Rev. Bill Barrow officiating.
