Connie L. Dodson

CONNIE L. DODSON, age 60, of Portage, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at Porter Regional Hospital. She was born on January 31, 1958 in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Connie was a longtime NW Indiana area resident and a member of Southlake Worship Center. She enjoyed researching genealogy. Connie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her husband, Dale A. Dodson; 5 daughters, Autumn Garner, Tiffany (Doug) Reppen, Sherry (Adam) Garner, Jennifer (Brad) Waterman, and Dianna (Mitch) Holmes; 7 grandchildren, Samuel, Chelcie, Emma, Ben, Matthew, Jeremy, and Noah; 2 brothers, David (Linda) Weaver, Charlie (Lisa) Weaver; many nephews and nieces.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Chelcie Weaver and Evelyn Powers; 2 brothers, William Robert "Bobby" and Rick Weaver and sister, Debbie Weaver.

A memorial service for Connie will be Monday, February 12, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Southlake Worship Center, 3440 W. 61 ^st Ave., Hobart, IN.
