CORAL L. COBAN, "NANNY", (nee HARVEY), age 89, of Portage went to her Heavenly home on October 2, 2012. She was born April 27, 1923 in Alvin, Illinois. Her family later moved to Indiana where she met and married Michael Coban on August 10, 1940 who preceded her in death in 1999. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Fancy Farm, Kentucky.

Survivors include: son, David (Joni) Coban of MI; daughters, Laurel Riley of KY, Theresa (Edward) Hurley of Portage, Mary (William) Fraley of Lake Station, Deborah (Charles) Groves of Portage, Denise (Robert) Meitzler of Corydon, IN; 15 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Etta Dove Harvey; great grandson, Marcus Hurley in 1994; son-in-law, Danny Riley in 1997; grandson, Keith Fraley in 1998; grandson, William Fraley in 2008.

Per Coral's request, a private service was held for her immediate family with Rees Funeral Home, Brady Chapel handling arrangements.
