Cynthia L. Luttrell, age 64, of Portage passed away Saturday February 14, 2015 at the Saint Mary Medical Center in Hobart surrounded by her loving family. Cynthia was born January 24, 1951 in Ashtabula, Ohio to the late Ronald K. and Vivian M. (Weddle) Tressler. Cynthia was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing Bingo whenever she could and spending time with her family. Cynthia also attended Emmanuel Baptist Church in South Haven when her health allowed.

Cynthia is survived by two loving children, Michael F. Luttrell of LaPorte and Ida (Gerry) Poole of Portage; her stepmother Sally Tressler of Lake Station; one brother Ronald J. (Teresa) Tressler of Hobart; one sister Jackie S. (David) Mathews of Valparaiso; three granddaughters Jazmynne Vawter, Skylar Heckman and Autie Poole; and many nieces and nephews.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband Michael A. Luttrell; parents Ronald K. and Vivian M. Tressler; her daughter Jaqueline R. Luttrell and one brother William K. Tressler.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday February 18, 2015 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue Portage, Indiana 46368. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
