DALE JOSEPH TEETER, age 62, of Hobart, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015. He was born in Chicago on January 8, 1953. Dale married the love of his life, Annette Marie Carlson, on September 11, 1972 in Berrien, MI. He was a Hobart resident for many years and a retiree of Inland Steel. Dale will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Annette; daughter, Gwendolyn Marie (Eric) Smith of Lafayette; 4 grandchildren, Brittany, Allison, Megan, and Eric Smith all of Lafayette; uncle, Al (Arlene) Sawicki of Chicago.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Florentine Groth; father, Gordon Teeter; 3 brothers, Gordon, Hilbert, and Richard Teeter.

A visitation for Dale will be Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart with Rev.
